Terms and Conditions

Date of Last Revision: 2026-10-22 · Privacy policy →

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Full Human Health DNA report service (the "Service"), operated by Full Human ("we", "us"). They include limits on what a report can tell you and on our liability, so please read them carefully. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service reads a raw DNA data file from a consumer genetic test in your browser and generates PDF reports from published genome-wide association studies. Two reports are offered: a complete health report and a nutrition report. Each report is generated separately and uses one credit.

2. Consent for DNA Data Processing

Before each generation, you tick a confirmation box: you consent to the analysis of the selected DNA file locally in your browser to create the reports you choose, and you confirm the other statements shown next to the box. Your DNA file is not submitted to our servers.

3. Data Privacy and Security

Your DNA file and generated reports remain on your device and are never uploaded to or stored on our servers. Account, payment, and credit usage records are handled separately as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Whose DNA You May Analyze

You may only analyze your own DNA file, or the file of another adult who has explicitly agreed that you analyze it with the Service and receive the results. You must not analyze the DNA of a minor or of a person who cannot give consent, or a file obtained without its owner's knowledge. Because genetic data also reveal information about blood relatives, respect their privacy when you share results. You are solely responsible for having the right to process the data you select.

5. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to buy credits or generate a report. The Service is not intended for minors, even with the consent of a parent or guardian.

6. Intended Use: Information, Not Medical Advice

Reports are for general information and education only. They are not a medical device, a diagnostic test or a medical genetic test, and they do not provide medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment. A report cannot tell you whether you have or will develop a condition, and a result that looks reassuring does not rule a condition out. Do not use a report to start, stop or change a treatment, a medication or a medically indicated diet, to make decisions about pregnancy or family planning, or for insurance, employment or other decisions about a person. Talk to a physician or a genetic counselor before acting on genetic information; any finding that matters for your health must be confirmed by a clinical test.

7. Accuracy and Limitations

Consumer raw-data files measure only a small part of the genome and can contain genotyping errors, and a report can only use the variants your file measures. Most of the underlying studies were carried out in people of European ancestry, so results may apply less well to other ancestries. Each tendency compares your copies of the risk alleles with those of the average person over the variants that can be compared; it is not a clinical polygenic risk score and does not take family history, lifestyle, environment or rare variants into account. A condition is reported as not assessable or not comparable when too few of its known variants are measured or can be compared. We do not guarantee that a report is complete, accurate or up to date, and results may change as research evolves.

8. Scientific Basis

The insights in your report are derived from publicly available scientific research. As the field of genetics is rapidly evolving, we do not guarantee that all insights are comprehensive or fully up to date.

9. User Responsibility

You agree to use the insights responsibly. Decisions or actions you take on the basis of a report are at your own discretion and risk; our liability for them is governed by section 15.

10. Credits, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

A credit is reserved when you start the generation of a PDF and used once the PDF has been generated. If generation fails, the reserved credit is returned to your account; abandoned reservations expire after 60 minutes and are refunded when your account is next accessed. A credit used for a generated report cannot be refunded, except where the law requires it. Contact support about payment or technical issues.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may withdraw from a credit purchase within 14 days of the day of purchase, without giving any reason, for the credits you have not used. To withdraw, inform us (Full Human, support@full-human.com) by a clear statement, for example an email; you may use the model form below, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your statement before the 14 days have passed. We refund the price of the withdrawn credits without undue delay and at the latest 14 days after receiving your statement, using the payment method you used, at no cost to you. When you start a generation, you ask us to supply the report before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal for each credit used for a generated report; a credit returned after a failed generation counts as unused.

Model withdrawal form (complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract). To Full Human, support@full-human.com: I/We (*) hereby give notice that I/We (*) withdraw from my/our (*) contract for the supply of the following digital content: (number) credits. Ordered on (*): (date). Name of consumer(s). Address of consumer(s). Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper). Date. (*) Delete as appropriate.

11. Third-Party DNA Data Compatibility

The Service supports compatible DNA files from MyHeritage, 23andMe, AncestryDNA, FamilyTreeDNA, Living DNA, and WeGene. Select the correct provider for your file. Incorrect or unsupported files can cause generation errors.

12. Local Processing and Downloads

DNA analysis and PDF generation take place locally in your browser. Keep the page open until generation finishes and save your downloaded reports. We do not keep copies of your DNA file or reports and cannot retrieve them for you.

13. Non-Transferability

Reports are for the personal, non-commercial use of the person whose DNA they analyze and of the person who generated them with that person's consent. You may share a report as described in section 14, but you may not sell it or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

14. Sharing Your Report

You may share your report at your own discretion, for example with your doctor. It contains sensitive information about you and, indirectly, about your blood relatives. Subject to section 15, we are not responsible for the consequences of sharing it with third parties.

15. Limitation of Liability

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected, in particular your rights if a report is faulty or not as described; in that case, contact support and we will return the credit so that you can generate the report again, or refund it. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under product liability law. For slight negligence, we are liable only if we breach an obligation that is essential to the contract and on which you may rely, such as supplying a report that works as described, and then only for the damage typical of this contract that was foreseeable when it was concluded; otherwise, we are not liable for slight negligence. Decisions about medical treatment, pregnancy or family planning, insurance or employment are outside the intended use of a report (section 6).

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts at our registered office in Switzerland or before the courts of your place of residence, and we may bring proceedings against you only before the courts of your place of residence. For other customers, the courts at our registered office in Switzerland have exclusive jurisdiction.

17. Changes to the Service and to These Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service. If we discontinue it, we will inform account holders by email at least 30 days in advance and refund, on request, the credits that remain unused when the Service ends. Changes to these Terms are published on this page with a new revision date and apply to generations started after their publication; each generation is governed by the Terms you confirmed when you started it. If you do not accept new Terms, you may ask us to refund your unused credits.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect, and the statutory rules apply in place of the provision concerned.

19. Agreement to the Terms

You accept these Terms when you buy credits and each time you tick the confirmation box before a report generation. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.

If you have any questions or concerns about these Terms, please contact us at: support@full-human.com.
