These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our DNA analysis service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
By selecting a DNA file and starting report generation, you consent to its analysis locally in your browser to create the reports you choose. Your DNA file is not submitted to our servers.
Your DNA file and generated reports remain on your device and are never uploaded to or stored on our servers. Account, payment, and token usage records are handled separately as described in our Privacy Policy.
You confirm that you own the DNA data you select or have explicit permission from its owner to analyze it. You are responsible for having the right to process this data through the Service.
The insights provided in your report are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decisions based on your report.
Our analysis is based on the most current scientific research available. However, the accuracy of the results is not guaranteed, and they may not encompass all aspects of your genetic profile. Insights are subject to change as new research becomes available.
You agree to use the insights responsibly. Any decisions or actions taken based on the report are made at your own discretion and risk. We are not liable for the consequences of such actions.
One token is used for each successfully generated PDF. If generation fails, the reserved token is returned to your account. Abandoned reservations expire after 60 minutes and are refunded when your account is next accessed. Token purchases are final; contact support about payment or technical issues.
The Service supports compatible DNA files from MyHeritage, 23andMe, AncestryDNA, FamilyTreeDNA, Living DNA, and WeGene. Select the correct provider for your file. Incorrect or unsupported files can cause generation errors.
DNA analysis and PDF generation take place locally in your browser. Keep the page open until generation finishes and save your downloaded reports. We do not keep copies of your DNA file or reports and cannot retrieve them for you.
By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 18, do not use the Service without proper consent.
The insights in your report are derived from publicly available scientific research. As the field of genetics is rapidly evolving, we do not guarantee that all insights are comprehensive or fully up to date.
Your report is for personal use only. It may not be transferred, sold, or used for any commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
You may share your report at your own discretion. However, we are not responsible for any consequences that arise from sharing this information with third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Switzerland.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
By proceeding with the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
