- Which DNA providers can I use the DNA file from?
You can use compatible DNA files from 23andMe, AncestryDNA, MyHeritage, FamilyTreeDNA, Living DNA, and WeGene.
- How long does it take to get results?
Reports are generated in your browser and downloaded as PDFs when ready. Processing time depends on your device and the selected reports. Keep the page open while generation runs; reports are not sent by email.
- What kind of insights can I expect?
Choose a complete health report, a nutrition report, or any of 17 health category reports. Each PDF links genetic findings to scientific references. Reports are for information and do not constitute medical advice.
- Can I share my results with my doctor?
Yes, you will receive your results as a PDF and you can share them with your doctor.
- Is my data secure?
Your DNA file is analyzed entirely in your browser, and your report PDFs are created on your device. Neither is uploaded to or stored on our servers. We store account, payment, token balance, and generation status records to operate the service, but no DNA data or report contents.
